At Ndure, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your fashion footwear and apparel; if not, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the authentic purchase receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Ndure account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused merchandise back into its original box along with the invoice to ensure a smooth verification process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost for valid claims.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
